This is Elinor’s mantra behind the creation of Magical Women, an artist development programme and platform that had an aim to pay the very people often overlooked for opportunities: autistic and ADHD women and marginalised identities.

For over a year and funded by the Arts Council England, Elinor was able to offer transformative opportunities to autistic and/or ADHD women artists. The platform was also opened up to marginalised identities who often struggled to find a relaxed and supportive environment in the arts.

As an art psychotherapist, educator and being autistic/ADHD herself, Elinor was able to lead on this transformative, reflective, creative model to support the creation of new worlds, and to incite more knowledge.
